உயிர்ச்சக்தியை வலுப்படுத்தும் அமைப்பு — Enrich Life Forces
A Flow-Form is a specially designed series of cascading bowls that creates a rhythmic, figure-of-eight vortex motion in water as it flows downward. Developed by John Wilkes in the 1970s, it is inspired by the natural movement of water in rivers and streams.
In biodynamic farming, the Flow-Form is used to dynamise (energise) BD preparations — particularly BD 500, BD 501, and CPP — before spraying. The rhythmic vortexing replaces the traditional one-hour hand-stirring process, making it practical for larger farms.

Fill the top bowl with the required volume of water (13–15 litres per acre). Add the measured BD preparation.
Water flows through each bowl in a rhythmic figure-of-eight vortex — creating alternating left and right rotation with each cascade.
The rhythmic motion aerates and energises the water, potentising the preparation with life forces — similar to 60 minutes of hand stirring.
Collect the energised preparation from the bottom bowl and spray immediately on soil or plants using a backpack sprayer.
The rhythmic vortex motion creates a stronger energetic field in the water than hand stirring, resulting in more potent preparations.
Water is fully oxygenated as it cascades through each bowl, increasing dissolved oxygen content and microbial activity in the preparation.
The preparation is evenly distributed throughout the entire volume of water — ensuring consistent application across the field.
Processes large volumes in 20–30 minutes compared to 60 minutes of hand stirring — practical for commercial-scale biodynamic farms.
The figure-of-eight rhythm mirrors natural water movement in streams — connecting the preparation with living, cosmic water forces.
Reduces physical effort for farmers — especially beneficial for elderly farmers or those managing large land holdings.
| Preparation | Quantity per Acre | Water Volume | Flow Time | Best Time to Spray |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| BD 500 Horn Manure | 25–30 g | 13–15 litres | 20–30 min | Evening — soil spray |
| BD 501 Horn Silica | 1 g | 13–15 litres | 20–30 min | Morning — leaf spray |
| CPP Cow Pat Pit | 100–200 g | 13–15 litres | 25–30 min | Evening — soil spray |
Always use rainwater or clean open-well water. Avoid chlorinated tap water as it inhibits the biological activity of preparations.
